Nature was and is at the forefront of my life. My father taught me about the critters in the dirt and the plants nearby. Now, I can't help but notice the natural things around me. This led me to an interest of plants and flowers. Working within my interest of vintage and antiques led me to the creation of my botanical illustrations.

In my Botanical series I have produced watercolor botanicals, along with pressed specimens and a field journal. Each botanical is of something that has peaked my interest, something that provided me an opportunity for learning, and a representation of what I love.
